Skill-Building Coach: Help individuals learn job skills and develop
coping strategies for daily challenges. We're looking for someone

learning: You're patient, flexible, and tailor your approach to
each person's needs. Thrives in collaboration: You enjoy working
alongside a supportive team and asking questions. Brings

Laughter is the best medicine! Problem-solving skills: You can
think outside the box to find creative solutions. To be eligible,
you must also: Have some prior experience working with people with
disabilities and providing behavioral support. Possess a reliable
vehicle that seats up to 3 additional people and maintain a DMV
record with no more than 3 points in the last 4 years. Hold a valid
Driver's License with proof of car insurance and vehicle
registration. Be CPR/AED/First Aid Certified. Pass a background
check. We offer: Competitive salary ($22/hour) with a guarantee of
