Job Description Step into the role of Retail Coordinator, where you'll be the orchestrator of seamless operations and the guardian of exceptional customer service. As the behind-the-scenes maestro, you'll ensure that our boutique runs like a well-tuned symphony. Welcome customers with a gracious demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects the essence of luxury. Take the lead in orchestrating the day-to-day operations, ensuring the boutique is a finely tuned instrument of efficiency. Coordinate with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee visual merchandising initiatives Be the point person for customer inquiries and concerns, working diligently to provide swift and satisfactory resolutions. Keep the team informed about upcoming promotions, events, and any changes to operational procedures. Oversee inventory management, from regular stock checks to coordinating restocking efforts. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a curated selection of products that align with the boutique's standards. The starting range for this position is $26.00. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. Qualifications Previous experience in the realm of luxury retail Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with our guests Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
