Part time Registered Nurse Case Manager Anticipated Territory : Yountville, California Schedule: Must be available Full Days Every Saturday and Sunday (4 SOCs/day) Also willing to consider Full Time: Saturday and Sunday plus 3 week days. What you’ll do: Utilize your outstanding clinical skills as you complete the initial assessment of patients to determine home care needs including: Why you Should Come Work for us: Concierge for Case Managers: Dedicated resources assist with time consuming administrative tasks Flexible work schedules: Create your own schedule and hours Targeted territories.
