We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee multiple laboratories and lead a skilled team dedicated to excellence in patient testing and diagnostics. Position Highlights: As the Laboratory Manager you will: Supervise multiple supervisors and a team of approximately 30-50 Review and interpret test results with accuracy and efficiency Provide consultation and technical guidance to partner hospitals and laboratory teams Ensure full compliance with state, local, and federal regulatory standards Uphold and promote a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement Qualifications: California State License as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist ASCP Certification as a CLS/MT or SBB (Specialist in Blood Bank) Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred Extensive blood banking experience in a hospital or reference laboratory setting Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Ideally located in California Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive hourly rate (Starting at $150k and increasing based on experience to $200k) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, and more) Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Take the next step in your leadership career with a lab that values expertise, integrity, and innovation.
