This customer service representative has the role of attending to calls and correspondences, providing information with respect to insurance policies, and also communicating any changes in policy to existing and prospective clients. All training and support provided within the agency and District Office.

  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Servicing existing customer insurance needs
  • Marketing to existing agency clients for personal lines Insurance (Auto, Home, Life)
  • Marketing Insurance Products to new customers for Personal Insurance and Commercial/ business insurance.
  • Ensure that customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information.
  • Analyze customer's complaints and recommend solutions.
  • Offer information about price quotes to prospective customers.
  • First point of contact in agency
    
    Requirements
    
    
    • 1-2 years customer service experience
    • Property & Casualty and/or Life & health insurance license (preferred)
    • Bilingual is a plus
    • Prior contact center experience a plus
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
    • Desire to continually learn new products and services.
    • Basic computer and typing skills.
    • Must be able to critically analyze all situations and solve problems efficiently.
    • 1-2 years customer service experience
