Woodcreek Insurance Services is a full-service independent insurance Agency with access to hundreds of Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance programs. The companies they have access to are built on strength, security, and solutions with superior ratings for their claims paying ability and financial strength. Woodcreek Insurance offers all types of Personal Insurance coverages to their clients in California including Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Motorcycle Insurance, Boat & Watercraft, and Flood Insurance.

Woodcreek Insurance Services, an Acrisure agency partner, has a current need for a full-time Customer Service Agent. This individual will be responsible for selling, soliciting, servicing, differentiating, and negotiating insurance plans that match the prospect's needs. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase the firm's reputation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospect, quote, and sell new business policies to incoming prospects
• Cross-sell existing customers to round out accounts
• Service existing customers ongoing needs
• Evaluate business or individual customers' needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
• Maintain bookkeeping systems, database, and records
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
• Fulfill all policy requirements

  Education and Experience:
  
  • High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
  • Must have active California P&C License, or willing to obtain upon hire, required
  • Must be computer proficient and able to work in a paperless environment, required
  • Proven working experience as an insurance agent, preferred
  • Familiarity with all types of Personal and Commercial insurance plans
  • Bilingual (Spanish), required
