Job Description:

The RN manages, plans, and performs direct and indirect nursing care aligned with physician orders and resident care plans.

Administers and documents medication, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.

Conducts regular rounds to ensure residents' safety, comfort, and receipt of planned care.

Supervises, assigns, and assists direct care staff with nursing activities.

Qualifications include current RN registration, strong communication skills, sound decision-making within scope, and leadership abilities.
