Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots PCs and UX clients and servers, hardware, and software.
  
• Responds promptly (within 1 hour) to break/fix tickets.
  
• Solves complex problems requiring breadth/ depth of hardware, software, network, and data communications/etc.
  
• Familiar with WIN and UX server OS.
  
• Familiar with SharePoint administration.
  
• Can quickly learn custom SW platforms.
  
• Proven successes in highly interrupt-driven work environment.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a SysAdmin tech.
