Position Summary:The Benefits & Compensation Administrator
responsibilities include defining a fair, equitable and competitive
total compensation and benefits package.Benefits: Oversee and
administer company benefit offerings. Continually investigating new
benefit program, recommending enhancements. Acts as a liaison
between company and third-party providers. Conducts orientation and
open enrollment meetings, advises on eligibility, costs, coverage,
and provides information for use in memos, presentations, or other
benefit communications.Compensation: Develop a consistent
compensation philosophy. Draft, review, approve, pay increases, job
descriptions, compensation plans, commission plans, bonus plans
ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current
legislation.
