About this role

Responsible for the overall management of the center and staff, to include patient care as well as daily operations and administrations and other duties assigned by management.

What you bring to the table

Education

* Bachelor's degree

Experience

* Minimum of three (3) years' experience required in a fast-paced management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent behavioral health experience preferred in lieu of degree

Licenses/Certifications

* None Requried

What you will do

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Sets the standard for a remarkable patience experience.
* Develop operational plans to assure medical and logistical viability and to fulfill the centers goals in a coordinated, efficient manner
* Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
* Assist with the development and implementation of corporate, individual clinic, care provider and product/service marketing plans
* Oversee public relations and maintain referral relationships
* Represent centers at public and professional meetings and conferences as required.
* Maintain professional affiliations and enhance professional development to keep pace with the trends in health care administration
