Accounting Associate in Roseville, MN at Accounting Now
Our client northeast of Minneapolis is looking for an Accounting Associate! This person will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, with the ability to code them properly. In addition this person will respond in a timely manner to questions from vendors and internal customers. Receive, research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status.
Qualifications:
Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
Intermediate Excel skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
Well-organized and a self-starter; effective time management
High School diploma or GED is required.
Proficient in Excel and Word, Great Plains experience a plus
One + years of customer service and/or accounting experience.
