There are no direct reports with this position.




Under limited supervision, the Senior Business Data Analyst maintains a data collection system allowing for the organization of multi-contract operational data, multi-contract administrative contractual data and pertinent multi-contract financial data. This job class requires advanced knowledge of data consolidation and reporting software. Employees in this job class independently control to PRIDE’s business needs in providing organized data for management leadership to make strategic and tactical operational, contractual, and financial decisions.




1. * Provides data organizational expertise in the area of operations, contracts and finance.

2. * Provides technical system configurations for data to be used in Program Management Reviews, ad hoc multi-contract operational reviews, Contract compliance, and financial summaries.

3. * Utilizes various types of business data and compiles in a meaningful, business-related way.

4. * Audit data integrity, investigate concerns, and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality.

5. * Uses contract site management connections to assist in data collection.

6. * Develops professional working relationships with key Contract personnel as it relates to these job duties.

7. * Maintains data and reporting systems for all business lines.

8. Participates in management reviews.

9. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Three or more years of years of data collection and reporting with business analytics experience;

- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR/CAS, the DOD/federal government acquisition process, pricing and negotiation of government contracts a plus;

- Advanced understanding of contract analysis and interpretation, and the ability to incorporate new contracts into existing databases;

- Experience in reporting data by Contract for Program Management Review purposes;

- Knowledge and understanding of the Government acquisition processes a plus;

- Effective oral and written communication skills using appropriate business English;

- Demonstrated organizational, common sense and problem-solving skills;

- Human relation skills to build effective relationships with team and customers;

- Effective customer service skills;

- Advanced computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software;

- Ability to establish priorities and solve operational problems;

- Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle numerous projects at the same time.

Work is performed in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
