Job Description Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently
seeking a Assembler - 1st Shift at our Reno, NV facility! The core
hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours
and be manadatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is
$19.82 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is

What you'll do: In this function, you will: /n - Perform simple
repetitive bench assembly of parts and components. /n - May use
bolts, screws, clips, and other fastening devices. /n - Work under
close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple
diagrams. /n - Pick, pack and pull orders in an efficient and
accurate manner. /n - Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they
arise. /n - Keeps work areas clean and safe. /n - Supports all
facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives including, but
not limited to: o Maintain 5-S (sort, set in order, shine,
standardize, sustain) throughout shop floor and office areas. o
Track and sustain all visual management tools such as, but not
limited to: layered audits, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
boards, and any additional LEAN tools that are deemed necessary to
provide direction, goals and status to the shop floor. o Encourage,
support, and actively participate in Kaizen improvements and events
throughout the facility, department, and area of responsibility. /n

/n Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: /n - No relocation benefit
is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a
50-mile radius of Reno, NV will be considered. Active-Duty Military

Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift. /n -
Require fine manipulation of hands with repetitive motion. /n -
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as
required by company policy and procedure. /n /n Physical Demands:
/n - Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift. /n -
Able to regularly lift 35 pounds without assistance. Occasionally
lift more than 35 lbs. with assistance. /n - Exposure to high noise
level (ear protection may be required in some areas). /n - Exposure
to high traffic areas with forklift activity. /n - Work environment
