the unique experience of getting both mentoring and coaching while
working side by side with recognized industry experts on real-world
assignments directly related to their field of study. Bring your

Summer internships are typically 10-12 weeks starting in late
May/early June and work an average of 40 hours a week. Depending on
satisfactory completion of certain criteria during your internship,
you may be considered for a full-time position upon graduation. As
an Intern, you'll ask questions, get involved, bring your ideas, be
part of an actual project team, attend planning meetings, complete
assignments as tasked by your team, absorb and learn from your team
and apply that learning to projects assigned. You'll have the
opportunity to learn fundamental business processes and procedures,
build your technical foundation through practice and mentorship,
and participate in an in-depth program built by our University
Recruiting team, that includes cross-functional workshops and
meeting with leadership to gain understanding of the business and
SNC culture. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and
its business areas with strategic direction and business support
spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations,
human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities,
marketing, and communications. Responsibilities Assist in
designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines for
efficient data collection, processing, and storage Collaborate with
the team to integrate data engineering solutions that enhance
security monitoring threat detection capabilities Support the
development and deployment of machine learning models and AI
algorithms to improve platform performance and security insights
Participate in the automation of deployment processes, monitoring,
and maintenance tasks to ensure high availability and reliability
of platforms Contribute to the troubleshooting and resolution of
technical issues related to data processing, platform performance,
and security vulnerabilities Work closely with cross-functional
teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and
improvements Document processes, configurations, and workflows to
support knowledge sharing and team efficiency Qualifications You
Must Have: Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college or
technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end
of internship Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, or related
field The ability to maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is
required Basic understanding of data engineering concepts,
including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data management
Exposure to DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD pipelines,
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS,
Azure, GCP) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python,
Java, or SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen
attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio Ability to work
in a highly collaborative team environment Strong organization
skills and work ethic; detail oriented Qualifications We Prefer:
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices Experience
with cybersecurity tools and frameworks Knowledge of machine
learning and AI techniques Hands-on experience with version control
systems (e.g. GIT) This posting will be open for application for a
