Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Sheet Metal Fabricator/Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role with an immediate start and the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment. Job Responsibilities: Perform sheet metal fabrication and installation work Work collaboratively in a team environment to complete daily tasks Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures Use hand tools and equipment related to sheet metal work Welding (MIG/TIG) as needed (experience is a plus but not required) Qualifications: Previous sheet metal experience required (HVAC experience preferred) Team-oriented and task-driven Welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a plus, but not required Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift between 50–100 lbs Consistent, dependable, and comfortable with hands-on work *Employees must supply their own steel- or composite-toed shoes* Company Description At Team 360 Staffing, we provide customized recruitment and staffing solutions that connect businesses with top talent worldwide.
