ManagerOverview Summary Summit Staffing is seeking an experienced
On-Site Manager to support daily operations at a client location in
Reno, Nevada . This role serves as the primary point of contact
between the client, onsite associates, and branch leadership. The
On-Site Manager is responsible for workforce coordination, employee
relations, safety oversight, and operational execution in a
fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment Job Details
Location: Reno, Nevada Type: Full-Time Work Environment: On-site at
client facility Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000 Key Responsibilities •
Serve as the primary liaison between the client, department leads,
associates, and Summit Staffing leadership • Manage daily onsite
operations including attendance, timekeeping, and associate
relations • Support recruiting efforts, onboarding, badge issuance,
and new hire check-ins • Maintain accurate records, reports, and
employment documentation • Partner with client leadership on
staffing needs, performance concerns, and workforce planning •
Ensure accurate payroll processing and resolve timecard
discrepancies • Conduct routine floor walk-throughs to monitor
productivity, safety, and compliance • Enforce safety standards,
PPE usage, and client-specific policies • Respond to incidents,
conduct accident investigations, and coordinate with risk
management • Provide coaching, counseling, and performance
documentation as needed • Ensure compliance with all client
requirements including background checks, drug screens, and skills
assessments Skills & Experience • Previous experience supervising
or managing employees in a warehouse, manufacturing, or light
industrial environment • Strong organizational, communication, and
problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced setting • Proficient with computer systems, reporting,
and documentation • Demonstrated ability to work independently
while collaborating with leadership Required Qualifications•
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) • Strong attendance and
professionalism • Ability to work on the floor and in operational
environmentsWork Environment • On-site role within warehouse or
production facilities • Regular interaction with associates, client
leadership, and branch teams • Exposure to industrial environments
