Leave of Absence (LOA) Case Manager needed in Roseville for a
large well established organization in the health care industry.
This is a project position that may have the opportunity for direct
hire for the person who proves effective in this role. This is a

Coaching and Training available for Superstar Candidates!
Managing FMLA process, Medical and Maternity Leaves of Absence.
Handling the pay integration for time cards for employees out on
Speaking and corresponding via email with employees and management,
Employee time card review; ensuring PTO, sick time, etc. is
populated, as applies.
Knowledge of basic LOA laws; FMLA, Med Leave and coverage
Must be Tech savvy; Ability to pick up new software programs
quickly and navigate effectively through multiple screens.
Experience providing Best in Class Customer Service.
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal
background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references
and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position.
