As a Server, you will have the opportunity to contribute positively to residents' dining experience and overall well-being. Qualifications: - A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living (preferred). - Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff. - Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Ability to prepare and serve food to residents within scheduled time frames. - Knowledge of maintaining cleanliness in food service areas like the kitchen and dining room. Responsibilities: - Prepare food items and serve them to residents according to established procedures. - Clean and maintain food service areas, including the kitchen and dining room, to ensure a hygienic environment for residents. - Engage with residents and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $14.00 to $17.50 per hour, based on factors such as education, work experience, and certifications.
