This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging and accurate documentation standards. Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care. Position Details: Now offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus! Eligible for Inpatient Shift Differential! Shift: 9p-730a Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. Experience: no experience required Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. Certification/Registration: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registry or registry eligible. Achieved ARRT registry within 6 months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Proficiency in operating radiographic imaging equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Physical Requirements: - Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. - Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. - Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties. Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period.
