Patient Volume : Manageable caseload of 30 clinic patients per day. Hospital Privileges : Affiliated with three hospitals and three outpatient surgery centers. Call Schedule : 1:8 citywide call rotation at a Level 2 trauma hospital. Optional facial trauma call, separately compensated. Practice Setting & Growth Opportunity Two Office Locations : Reno & Sparks, NV. Dedicated Team Support : Office manager, surgery scheduler, and a medical assistant (hiring for a full-time MA). Path to Ownership : Small buy-in after one year for full partnership. Diverse Payer Mix : Primarily commercial insurance, with some Medicare and Medicaid patients.
