Job Description Position: Pediatrician- Sacramento, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift Pay: $220,000 - $280,000 Position Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to join a mission-driven community health organization serving underserved and diverse pediatric populations. This role is ideal for providers passionate about improving access to high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-based setting. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care for patients from birth through age 19 Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and developmental needs. Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests Prescribe and manage appropriate treatment plans. Provide patient and family education and follow-up care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams. Maintain timely documentation and manage in-basket tasks. Patient Volume & Workflow Average 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits) Includes 2 telehealth visits per day Dedicated administrative time daily Charts completed within 72 hours.
