Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Davis, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,646 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Shift: Night Shift: 3×12 hours (19:00–07:30) Day Shift: 3×12 hours (07:00–19:30) May be scheduled for days if needed Responsibilities: Provide critical care to adult ICU patients in a 6?bed ICU Maintain 2:1 patient?to?nurse ratio Manage ventilators, drips, monitors, and emergency interventions Document care using Epic (preferred) Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team Float to ED or Med?Surg/Telemetry based on census Follow all safety, infection control, and unit standards Requirements Licensing & Certifications California RN License – Required BLS – Required (AHA or American Red Cross only) ACLS – Required (AHA or American Red Cross only) NIHSS – Required All certifications must be active and in-hand at submission
