Job Description Job Description Salary: 90,000 Plus DOE & Hours Job post summary Date posted: October 13, 2025 Pay: $91,000.00 per year Job description: Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/ LMFT Preferred In-Person, 28- 40 Hours a Week) Location: Chico, CA Employment Type: W-2 Approx. $91,000 - 130,000 annualized Stonebridge Counseling Group is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our in-person team. This role combines meaningful leadership with a balanced clinical caseload in a practice that values both depth and sustainability. Youll guide a small team of pre-licensed clinicians through triadic supervisionfocusing on case formulation, ethics, and documentation qualitywhile maintaining about 15-25 client hours per week and a small amount of administrative time. (Flexible on hours dependent on supervisors needs) Our supervisors work closely with the Clinical Director and Program Managers in a supportive, growth-minded environment where supervision is collaborative and developmental, not bureaucratic. We integrate Brainspotting, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS/parts work, and other experiential approaches, and we appreciate supervisors who bring curiosity, relational attunement, and an embodied clinical presence.
