Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedics California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Concord, CA Clinic Address: 1333 Willow Pass Rd, Ste 110, Concord, CA 94520 Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic offering manual therapy and functional rehab in a collaborative environment. Pay Range: $35.00–$40.00 per hour $750 monthly bonus full benefits Pay is based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible (30–40 hours/week) Benefits: Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus Student loan reimbursement program $750 incentive bonus every 4 weeks $1,500 annual CEU allowance unlimited MedBridge access 3 weeks of paid vacation paid holidays Flexible full-time schedule (30–40 hours per week) Mentorship and professional development programs 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings and flexible spending accounts Employee assistance program Employee referral bonus program Employee discounts and perks platform Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by supervising PT Work one-on-one with patients to assist in pain relief and mobility restoration Collaborate with PTs and clinic staff to ensure quality care Document patient progress in a modern EMR system Comply with all federal, state, and payer requirements Services Provided: Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy Pre- and post-operative care Spine and TMJ rehabilitation Vestibular rehab Upper and lower extremity rehab Work injury rehabilitation Gait and orthotic assessments Manual therapy techniques Functional training and strengthening programs Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited PTA program Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility) Why Join Us?
