Job Description Job Description Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Castro Valley, CA Employment Type: Full-Time (W2) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 annually Benefits: Full benefits package & health insurance Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated primary care team. This role provides short-term, solution-focused therapy (typically 10–12 sessions) to adult patients with mild to moderate concerns, while partnering closely with medical providers to support whole-person care. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy) Screen for behavioral health needs, trauma history, and substance use concerns Facilitate psychoeducational groups and coordinate referrals when needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination activities Requirements Master’s degree in Social Worker or related field Active California LCSW license (AMFT accepted; supervision provided) Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience Working knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based approaches Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (OCHIN Epic preferred) Preferred Qualifications Integrated care or community health experience Trauma-informed care training Spanish fluency is a plus How to Apply Submit your resume for immediate consideration.
