Roles & Responsibilities Provide high-quality critical care to
adult ICU/CCU patients, delivering assessments and timely
interventions Manage complex patient needs including cardiac
monitoring and post-operative critical care Document accurately and
efficiently using EPIC to ensure seamless communication across the
care team Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and
multidisciplinary staff during level II trauma responses Float to
Med/Surg or other units as needed while maintaining high standards
of patient safety Educate patients and families with compassion and
clear explanations during stressful times Maintain required
certifications and support unit quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications Current California RN license (required) Current BLS
and ACLS certifications (required) Prior traveler experience
(required) Proficiency in EPIC charting and electronic
documentation (required) Experience in ICU and/or CCU; experience
at a Level II trauma center is a plus Willingness to float to
Med/Surg and other units as needed Comfort working 12-hour night
shifts Knowledge & Skills Strong critical care nursing knowledge —
ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring basics Proficient EPIC
documentation and electronic chart navigation Trauma-informed care
and rapid response familiarity Excellent clinical judgment and
prioritization under pressure Clear communication with patients,
families, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to adapt quickly when
