Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Santa Rosa, CA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,709 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified OR RN in Santa Rosa, California, 95405! Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Northern California Start Date: ASAP Location: Santa Rosa, California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Variable start times (7:00 AM, 9:00 AM); weekend coverage required; on-call rotation distributed equally every 6 weeks (up to 6-8 shifts per 6-week period including nights, evenings, and weekends). May occasionally cover night shifts as needed. Block scheduling available per manager discretion. Highlights: 277-bed acute care hospital with Trauma Level I designation performing approximately 25 cases daily Diverse surgical case mix including trauma, ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, general, GU, GYN, plastics, and ENT procedures Epic charting system with 40 hours of paid orientation State-of-the-art technology including Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, cell saver, and Hana Table Free parking and comprehensive interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, radiology, rapid response teams, and respiratory services Float opportunities to affiliate facilities to expand clinical experience Requirements: Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission) Minimum 2-3 years of recent OR experience required Trauma, neuro, vascular, and ortho experience required due to facility trauma status Previous travel nursing experience required Epic charting experience required BLS certification required Proficiency in multiple surgical specialties including laparoscopic procedures, robotic surgery, total joint replacements, spinal fusion, and trauma cases Two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a comparable specialty within the last three years Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) Ability to float between like units and affiliate facilities as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers exceptional professional growth in a high-acuity trauma environment where you'll work with cutting-edge technology and a diverse surgical case load.
