Job Description:
About the Role: We seek a dedicated Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to perform independent medical
assessments for veterans, focusing on reviewing medical records,
conducting evaluations, and completing VA-specific Disability
Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) via a secure online portal.
The role involves analyzing medical records, assessing
veterans-------- health conditions, and submitting thorough,
accurate DBQs within 24 hours.
Up to four assessments are conducted daily, with a part-time
schedule of one day per week, primarily in Pensacola, FL and
Mobile, AL, with telehealth options as needed.
Ideal candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, proficient in
digital documentation, and committed to serving veterans.
Requirements include an active MD or DO license in PM&R, board
certification (preferred), and strong data management skills.
