Weekly Pay Range - $3078 To $3420 Job Title: Program Manager III - Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Critical Need Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred, along with 7 years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last 10 years. License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program, ACLS Must-Have: Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience Job Description: - Provide high-quality care to neonates in a critical care setting. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Administer medications and perform advanced life support techniques. - Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. - Participate in ongoing professional development and education. - Communicate effectively with families and provide compassionate support.
