Weekly Pay Range - $3078 To $3420 Job Title: Program Manager III - Maternal Child Health (MCH) RN Job Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support - Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: - Winter Plan Requirement Job Description: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program. - Provide exceptional care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting. - Demonstrate excellent critical care nursing skills. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and procedures. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills. - Coordinate patient care plans and provide patient and family education. - Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
