Job Title: Program Manager III Job Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) Must-Have: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Job Description: - Ensure high-quality patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. - Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care. - Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to manage critical conditions. - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support patients and families. - Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines. - Provide leadership and management of nursing staff within the unit. - Assess and implement nursing interventions based on patient needs and clinical standards. - Guide and mentor nursing staff in professional development and clinical skills. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced patient outcomes.
