TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Roseville, California, 95661 About The Position Job Title: Program Manager III - NICU Job Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Must-Have: ACLS certification Job Description: - Provide specialized care for critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care for neonates. - Implement and adhere to approved care plans and evidence-based practices. - Educate and support families of neonates throughout the care process. - Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs. - Maintain compliance with all healthcare standards and regulations.
