About the JobKaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Dermatology team in Roseville, California.Job SummaryAs a Senior Physician Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work under the direction of a supervising physician to manage patients in various settings, including the office, hospital, and perioperative areas.Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients, perform comprehensive physical examinations, and compile patient medical data.
• Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests, and interpret test results for deviations from normal.
• Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care, and manage infections.
• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in providing continuity of care.
• Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance.Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) years of previous experience as a physician assistant in the last five (5) years.
  • Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program.
  • Physician Assistant License (California) required at hire.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Physician Assistant National Certificate required at hire.
