  • Competitive Pay: -Hourly rate of $16.30 and full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week; all staff get mileage reimbursement at 62.5 cents per mile... it adds up = more money in your pocket!
    
  • Schedule: We have both part-time and full-time positions available; Schedules are pretty flexible and most shifts are in the late afternoon/evenings on weekdays and during the day on weekends - weekend availability is required for this position since this is when most of the outings are scheduled

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SEVITA
    
    • 
      
    • Education: High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
      
    • Experience: Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred
      
    • License and Vehicle: Valid CA driver's license in good standing and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance - you will use your own vehicle to transport individual on outings
      
    • Clearances: Must be able to pass criminal and driver history background checks and a physical and TB test
      
    • Skills: -Communication, multi-tasking, adaptability, teamwork, time management
