Family feel medical group seeks an Internal Medicine, Geriatrician, or Family Medicine Physician in Grass Valley, CA outside of Sacramento Can be Part Time or Full Time . J1 / H1B Accepted Benefits:

• $150-$200/hr for Part Time - Negotiable
• $250k-$325k for FT - Negotiable
• 4.8 weeks of PTO, sick, & holidays
• $2,000 CME Reimbursement
• Medical Insurance Covered
• 401(k) About the group:
  • 3 locations two in Grass Valley and one in Citrus Heights. This opening is for Grass Valley only.
  • 40 team members
  • 8 providers
  • 20 years in practice
  • Flexible practice that is team oriented and puts a premium on its family atmosphere About the Internal Medicine, Geriatrician, or Family Medicine Physician role:
    • 15-20 patients per day average
    • 1 week of phone call per month. Very minimal calls
    • Mostly seeing ages 55 and up
    • Nursing Home Rounding Desired Internal Medicine, Geriatrician, or Family Medicine Physician Profile:
      • Geriatrics experience / desire to work with 55 and up
      • Someone who wants to work in a family oriented atmosphere
      • Personable person and team player
      • Internal Medicine, Geriatrician, or Family Medicine Physician BE or BC Open to H1B and J1 visa sponsorship candidates
