The Intensive Care Registered Nurse is responsible for assessment, teaching, planning and coordinating patient care for the ICU & MSCC patient. #missioncritical
QualificationsQualifications
:

• Current California License as RN
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification preferred
• Critical care experience required # Physically able to walk, stand, stoop and lift safely. Ability to work in an environment of frequent interruptions. Accurate assessment of cardiac rhythms with demonstrated understanding of appropriate interventions and medications. Ability to assume leadership in code blue procedures. Knowledge of current use/adverse effects of unit specific titrating medications. Accurate assessment of multi-system complications with demonstrated understanding of appropriate interventions. Accurate interpretation and use of unit-specific equipment. Ability to read, speak and write English. Computer skills required. Current California State RN license or interim permit, Current BLS Healthcare Provider, Current ACLS, Current PALS or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
