Partners, is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their
team!We are a RIA in Northern California managing over $1 billion
of investments for our clients. We are looking for someone who is

excited to be a part of something special. In this role, you will
be critical to our long-term success as you formulate and prospect
new clients and manage relationships with our existing
clients.RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Develop new client relationships
through referrals of existing clients and other referral
sources.--- Develop leads for new client base and referrals through
outreach, marketing, and community involvement.--- Plan, analyze,
and discuss risk tolerance for investment and other decisions that
affect the client relationship and consult with teammates on
complex or potentially risky decisions.--- Meet with clients to
update the progress of their financial goals.--- Prepare and update
financial plans--- Prepare and Present insurance cases--- Develop
asset allocation strategies and investment policy statements---
Advise clients on appropriate financial services and products given
their plan--- Grow existing relationships by growing assets under
management, identifying opportunities for more services, and
identifying referral chances.--- Apply industry knowledge to
provide recommendations as a fiduciary--- Assist in implementation
of recommendations--- Maintain contact with clients and monitor
investment performance--- Conduct financial needs assessment
meetings with clients seeking financial advice or planning
assistance.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:--- Relationship Management---
Sales and Business Development Best Practices--- Problem Solving
and Prioritization--- Analytical Aptitude--- Investment and
Financial Planning strategies for high net worth clientsEDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE:--- Bachelor's degree from accredited four year
university. Degree in financial planning, business, finance,
economics or a related field beneficial.--- 1+ years' sales or
business development experience useful.--- 5+ years' financial
planning experience--- Series 65 or ability to obtain post
