as a Customer Service Agent, providing expert assistance to
business owners in LLC formation and startup consulting. You'll be
the first point of contact for business owners, answering
questions, and ensuring clients receive the best possible
experience. In this position you will talk to business owners to
offer custom solutions and business formation support to get their
business launched and ready to grow! This position will be onsite
at our Reno, NV office. You will Advise business owners who inquire
about our services guiding them toward customized solutions Possess
strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify
customer's needs when qualifying them (training provided)
Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation and
customer assistance to increase customer satisfaction Communicate
effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with
both potential customers and internal team members Maintain
complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer
contact You have Excellent Phone Communication Skills At least 1
year of experience in a client facing position Ability to read and
write Spanish proficiently (preferred not required) Ability to
navigate a CRM System and use a headset Basic computer skills such
as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word,
Outlook) Career-Minded Professional A Passion for Helping Others
with a Positive, Can-Do Attitude Professional Appearance and
Demeanor Actual compensation will depend on several factors, but
the annual average compensation is around $34,000 You will also
