QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Commercial or Residential landscape experience preferred, but not required License or Certification Valid Driver?s License issued from state of employment, preferred but not required. Specialized Skills Ability to communicate effectively with Foreman and team members Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner Apply common sense understanding to carry out tasks Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Possible duties include, but are not limited to mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning Safe operation of equipment, including : 21? and 36? mowers; power hedge shears; power shears; backpack blower; aerator Basic understanding of Plant ID Basic hand pruning skills Basic skill in shearing shrubs and hedges Operate all vehicles and equipment in accordance?s with Monarch Safety Policy Abide by Monarch code of conduct at all times Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures Total Rewards At Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
