Compensation: $45.00/hr. Paid Weekly. Schedule: C Crew Thursday,
Friday, Saturday & Every Other Wednesday. 5 AM to 5 PM Required:
Driver's License Required: 3 Years Industrial Maintenance

and sustainable way. Position Purpose: Under direction of the
Maintenance Manager, plan and perform all maintenance functions,
including but not limited to preventive, corrective, and emergency
maintenance on all equipment throughout the plant. Install,
troubleshoot and maintain all plant equipment in proper operating
condition by applying safe workplace practices, following
preventive maintenance programs and procedures, and
developing/documenting, best-industry practices. Key Job
Activities: • Required Years of Experience: Minimum 3 Years •
Performs diagnostic evaluation on equipment and make repairs when
needed. • Ensures that repairs are performed safely, properly and
in the shortest amount of time possible to maintain the highest
level of operational readiness. • Oversees workflow and sets
priorities within the maintenance shop. • Plan and schedule all
in-house repairs. • Lead maintenance team and oversee outside
contractors making repairs to the facility. • Safely performs or
guides preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on a daily
basis on a variety of machinery within the plant. This machinery
includes: • Fire tube boiler and ancillary equipment, steam
delivery systems, water softeners and other water treatment
equipment, air handling equipment, commercial washers, pneumatic
and hydraulic systems, and conveyor systems. • Incinerator process
equipment/systems maintenance, including burners, CEMs , high
temperature refractory, controls, PLC, combustion air blowers,
pressure controls and conveyance systems. • Steam turbine and
electrical generator systems. • Air pollution control devices, to
include bag houses, evaporative coolers, acid absorbers, and carbon
beds. • General air pneumatics, including air compressor,
regulators, solenoid valves, 2-way and 3-way valve, tubing
installation, pneumatic pumps and related systems. • Performs light
electrical maintenance on all plant equipment to include
480V/240V/120V/24V powers systems. • Documents results through
completed work orders based on schedule and priority or as
required. • Provide training, direction and assist Technicians,
Operators, and Laborers as needed. • Vigorously support

Performs other related duties as required or requested. Education:
Required Education: in Associates or Equivalent Experience: •
Required Years of Experience: Minimum 3 Years • Preferred
Experience: Good knowledge & understanding • 3-5 years related
experience and/or training, demonstrating the ability to identify
and perform repairs that are needed and to assure scheduled
production run. • 5-7 years’ experience in related field working
with hydraulics, pneumatics, basic electrical, pumps and plumbing.
• Must have experience with the use of forklifts, man-lifts, and
various rigging equipment in the performance of maintenance
activities. • Must have experience with the performance of
lockout/tag out and permit confined space programs related to
maintenance activities. • Must have experience with general air
pneumatics, including air compressor operation and maintenance,
regulator replacement, solenoid valve replacement, 2-way and 3-way
valve, tubing installation, pneumatic pumps and general system
troubleshooting. • Must be able to use acetylene torches for
cutting steel. • Must be able to use a welder to fuse carbon steel
and perform repairs. Preferred Experience: • Experience with light
programming, maintenance and troubleshooting. • Journeyman level
experience. • Knowledge of how to maintain a hydraulic system and
the ability to read hydraulic flow diagrams. • The ability to weld
stainless steel or higher alloys and to operate a TIG welder. •
Basic computer skills and knowledge of excel and word. • Boiler
License, Electrical License, Instrumentation and Controls (I&C)
certification and/or Welding Certification is preferred.
