Job Description:
Job Purpose: The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in
creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and
differentiates the practice as well as assist in smooth operation
of the practice.
Responsibilities and Time Allocation - Will change over time to
meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as
assigned by the advisor.
Position Functions:
* Attends to all client service needs and requests
* Schedule client appointments & answer office phone calls
* Initiates and facilitates regular contact with clients
* Complete meeting prep and run necessary reports
* Complete applications and new business
* Complete money movements
* Process all incoming checks and mail
* Ensures all work meets regulatory and compliance policy
requirements
* Maintain files and records in accordance with the records
retention policy
* Administrative and office support as needed to assist team in
meeting goals and deadlines
* Order supplies and other office related items
* Manage & provide insight and recommendations to effectively use
key social media & marketing tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
