Cresleigh Homes is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Accounting and Finance team!The Administrative Assistant will support the Accounting and Finance team in-person at the Cresleigh Homes headquarters in Roseville, CA.It is important that the Administrative Assistant always present a professional business image as a representative of the company when dealing with people both in person and over the telephone. The individual must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and be able to set priorities in performing daily duties. This is a full-time position that will assist members of the team in the office Monday- Friday.JOB DUTIES:process paperwork related to the construction / renovation projectsweekly check runs, physical matching/assembly/routing for signaturesprocess mail and separate/scan documents to hotelsProvide general administrative support to Accounting and Finance Team.JOB REQUIREMENTS:High school diplomaMust have at least 2 years experience working as receptionist or in an administrative roleExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteFile maintenance experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environmentMust be proactive with a positive and helpful demeanorWe Offer:Medical, Dental, Vision InsuranceLife and Disability Insurance401K Retirement plan with company matchHealth Club reimbursementPaid time off; Holidays, Vacation, SickCompetitive wages!Cresleigh Homes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
